| B4 removing do the further tests noted to be absolutly sure if the booster is bad. Based on what you are experiencing I believe the booster is bad. Removal is straight forward and not near the PITA of a plenum pull. Note the schematic of the assembly in the service manual in the link below. The master cylindere must come out as well as the 4 nuts under the dash that secure the booster to the pedal assembly. Definately a tight spot and tedious. But patience and a few beers will get it done. Might need a helper to reassemble the booster to the pedal assembly.
