Subject	"Buzz" noise from dash or rear of engine area

Message	I have just done a search and nothing has helped. With the key on, engine off there is a buzz noise from the center of the dash area. I think it sounds more like it is coming from the rear of the engine, but I can not pin point it. All I have to do is depress the accel pedal about 1/3 of the way and the noise is there. If the car is running and in drive the noise is a little bit louder. I have a 90 TT Auto. Thank you. Soy dios y soy el diablo
