| A dangerous moron, really. The ECU makes all fuel delivery calculations based on the assumption that the fuel rail pressure is ~3 bar above ambient manifold pressure. If you do what the first guy told you, then as you boost higher the engine will run leaner. If you're looking to build a new engine on their dime after his advice melts your internals, then by all means do what he told you. Just make sure you have that guarantee in writing first.
