Message They have urethane epoxy products made for doing this sort of thing, depending how bad the damage is. They have semi-rigid parts structural adhesive you use first, then you proceed to add the flexible epoxy 'filler' if you will.

Not the easiest stuff to work with, but it's strong. I used it to shave my J-spec front plate holder, worked great, just took forever.
