You really think I can pull it off without removing the steering piece huh? The FSM says you've got to remove it. Granted that's to remove the turbos while they're in the car and I'm not planning on doing that. I looked at the situation long and hard and figure it can't be done given I can't even remove the wastegate actuator bracket bolts from here: it's a right angle without enough space for the 1/4 drive ratchet+10mm. I'll certainly give it a shot again -- I really don't want to mess with the steering. Thanks for the great recommendations.
