| So I was just going through and trying to get one thing at a time. Have you tested fuel pressure? ARE YOU SURE you don't have the FEED/Return lines switched backwards? If you have the stock routing.. the two lines.. One from Filter to rail.. and the one return should never cross. Goes like this.. Filter-->rails-->dampner-->FPR-->return.
