Message	The injector driver ICs in the ECU fail which can cause one or more injectors to stop working. I've repaired them before. If you can borrow an ECU to test with and find it's the ECU I can fix it. Let me know. BTW, a bad CAS will not cause just one injector to stop working. Oh, and you can use an NA ECU to test with too.
