| Had fuel injector #3 stop working. It ohm'd out of spec, so I decided to replace all the stock injectors with 850cc injectors. Had the ECU reprogrammed and the injectors flow tested at JWT. Put everything back together, same injector still not firing! Polarity on the injector connector is fine. New injector fires when connected to +12v/ground manually. From the ECU harness I can check the resistance of the injector, tests right at 12ohm. I ran a wire from the ECU directly to the injector, still did not fire. Thinking the injector driver in the ECU could have gone bad, I sent the ECU back to JWT, but it tests fine on their simulator. With the car running I can feel that same injector is not firing with the screw driver check. I also checked compression (150) and for spark. ECU has no codes (55). I cleaned the CAS and connector, and the PTU connector, no change. Definitely a fuel issue. So what else is required for the ECU to tell the injector to fire? Stuck. Anyone in the Greenville, SC area that can lend me a hand?
