Message That's what I would like to stay with .64 A/R and BB turbos ($650.00 more rebuiting my old one) but low $ force me to try reliable journal bearing turbos (which I can rebuilt myself) which a .63 A/R cost $400.00 more than .86 A/R. I saw a .80 A/R compressor and .86 A/R exhaust which will kill the stock engine

I'm on 2-1/2" DP, test, x-pipe and cat back exhaust now....one 2001 made Brullen SS muffler sounds with a loose part inside so maybe time to swap at 3" but shouldn't be 3" from DP to make a real difference...

With .86 A/R, how much lagging seconds approx from 3K & 4K rpm ans shall be lightly worst if using 2-1/2" piping behind instead 3" right ?
