| I took off an ecu from an 90 NA and used that to test the voltage so I wouldn't ruin my TT Ecu. When I have everything connected ecu included and turn the ignition on I get the FSM stated .8 volts but within 6 seconds it jumps to 12 volts. Also when it jumps to 12 volts the ignition relay clicks. Im assuming that something is causing the ignition relay to trip. Im pretty sure the ecu is good because within those 6 seconds ill get it into diagnostic mode and it will spit out one code before the light turns off.
