Hello guy's , i have a 96 n/a 300zx, wich i have the desire to convert it to a tt engine,i been buying all the parts i need in the last months,the last part that i get was a 96 tt oem ecu, because my plan is to keep my original 96 harness, as all you guys know, the 96 models drop the VTC system,so my harness doesn't have vtc connectors, that beign said , this is my question: Do i have to buy only a 96 tt engine in order to keep my original efi harness (96 harness dont have vtc), because the 96 engine dont have vtc either???? , or i can fit any engine from 90-95 wich all those years have the vtc solenoids and leave the vtc solenoids alone(unplugged), this will affect the engine??? please any help will be appreciated!!!!
