Message	tube. Sealed the balance tube port w/ a rubber cap and clamp; then plugged and clamped the hose running over to the AR. As noted above by both DE944 and Stadsport the engine runs fine w/o it. And I do not miss the 1400 rpm startup surge. _________________________________________________
