Subject	Can this turbo coolant line be replaced w/ engine installed?

Message	Item 14056N in the top right of the picture. Can I get to the clamps to tighten them with the engine in place? I replaced the line and put worm drive clamps on it while I had my engine out. I just started my Z Saturday after a full year of working on her, and I have a leak from what appears to be one end of that line :-( I can't see a way to get to it; maybe a plenum pull, but figured I'd ask. The leak is from one of the small coolant lines that leads to or from the driver's side turbo. It's not the lower section of hose that I can actually get to, it's the little jumper section of hose a few inches long that I think comes from the passenger side heater pipe then in front of the driver's side heater pipe before dropping down to the turbo.
