Subject	How ofter does the AIR Regulator go bad?

Message	I am about to drop some money on a IACV. I have the original one on my car and its starting to idle bad. the car has 200,000 and i was wondering if i should go ahead and replace the air regulator while i am back there? do they go bad? Any thoughts. all other parts on the z are new except for these two parts and the MAS air flow sensor. O and who has the best price? thanks adam
