educate yourself first, no one can tell you what to do. Also, please fill in you profile, including mileage, maintenance and what parts have been replaced. For example, how much money do you have now, and what are your plans for the car? With that mileage, there will be a lot of "while you're in there" parts and work to do. You don't want to have great turbos in a car that doesn't run right. ... With that many miles, I'd do the minimum now, then drive the car a while to learn what it needs. The problem with my idea is that you have to pull the engine to replace the turbo(s), so why not do it all then? It's your call. ...P.S. If you erase the header line when responding, we don't have to read the same line twice.
