Just rebuilt the motor and when I try and spin it ( useing a socket on the crank ) a full 360 degress it stops just short. It does the same clockwise and counter clockwise. I made sure the #1 piston was all the way up and all the marks lined up on the cam gears and backing plate and also the crank sprocket was lined up on its mark. I counted the teeth on the belts 3 to 4 times prior to assembly. Am I missing something ?
