Message	Recirculation valves serve a purpose . By releasing that built up air out of the system through BOV's instead of recirculating it , the engine goes through a rich condition because it's expecting that air ( which has already been metered ) to enter the combustion chamber . I recommend putting the recirc's back on . Unless you just need to hear that Psssssshhh ! Second suggestion : Put new caps on to replace the cracked ones Third suggestion : Run a hose from one to the other and bridge them together.
