Subject	Verdict on vapors?

Message	Changed out injector #2, engine is now running fairly smoothly, but now I have water vapor out the driver side exhaust. I assume this is sign of head gasket failure? Any way this could have been caused by overfilling oil by 1/2 qt and driving 100 miles?
