Message	When you're testing, are *ALL* the orifices of the car closed? (No doors/hatch/hood ajar) If ANY of those are open, the theft system is working, light is blinking, etc. If you have the hood open for access to the battery (As I did), disconnect the hood switch. The Driver's door is another story - have a friend hold the button in. You may not be having a drain at all.
