If the belt and tensioner were new , who installed them ? What symptoms does your engine have that has convinced you that your timing is off ? alot of variables come into play when dealing with the timing , so alot of data / explaining would help members to be able to help you . Please give a full disclosure of what , when , where and how you have arrived at this conclusion .
