Subject	Transmission/Engine Plate NA v TT Differences?

Message	I am preparing to install my transmission to my JDM TT. My transmission is from my NA 5spd (I have a RPS NA Flywheel + SB DXD Stage 5 clutch). I realized later that apparently I lost or misplaced my lower plate cover. I got a new one, bolted it up to my primary plate, and then attempted to line it up. It's hard to see from the photos, but I would almost swear that the alignment dowel/cylinder is off relative to the bolt holes when everything else is aligned. Are there differences in models? I'm not sure what to do, other than attempt to pull the alignment dowel out (if possible). I checked my orientation and fitment by holding the plate up to the transmission. Everything lines up fine, but when I do the same to the engine side, I run into this dowel issue.
