Message	Not necessary to modify the harness if you want to use the high beam bulb in the low beam housing. You just modify the 9005 bulb base to fit the low beam headlight housing. Works for BMW also, here's how: La-Z-Link The 9005 bulb in the low beam housing provide better and brighter light without blinding the oncoming drivers. I use them (9005s in all headlight housings) in both my Z cars. TT Photos - 2+2 Photos
