Subject	Help! Whirring noise behind dash

Message	I hear a whirring noise (sounds like an electric motor actuating something?) at random times. It clearly is coming from behind/inside the center of the dash somewhere. I have manual climate control, and even with the fan off it still will randomly make the sound. I can't duplicate it, and hate to take the dash out without having somewhere to start looking...anyone have any ideas?
