| I have had a time where a bad 02 would not allow the vehicle to be able to even idle when cold and made it very hard to start. I would check your coolant temp sensor (larger of the two sensors on the coolant pipe in front of engine). It controls the amount of fuel and enriches it when the engine is cold. It could be faulty.. I would try cleaning the connections first. As for the 02. Look in the FSM.. it gives detailed instructions on how to test the 02 with a multi-meter.
