Subject	Bad O2 sensor?

Message	what are the symptoms of a bad O2 sensor? I ran an ECU diagnostic and the check engine lights are not flashing as documented for the right sensor. Would a bad O2 sensor cause hard starting and rough idling when the engine is cold?
