Subject	*** HELP*** hard starting woes continue

Message	I was told to do a ECU dianostic check following the proceedure on ttzd.com/tech/diagnostictech.html Well, I did exctly as documented but I do not see the LED flashing at all. So, either I am doing something wrong or nothing is being reported in the ECU. If anyone has ideas, I would appreciate it. I have replaced the FPR, but I do not want to get into shot-gun mode and just start replacing parts...
