Message So Monday morning I started my car, and it was running on 5 cylinders. I did a power balance test and narrowed it down to cylinder #4. I ohm tested the injector (Nismo 555s) and it was 11.4, which is pretty much perfect.
Next, I killed the fuel pump and click-tested the injectors by turning the CAS. They all clicked normally, including #4.
Then, I went to remove #4's spark plug, and it was totally seized in the head. I'm obsessive about hand-threading spark plugs in carefully before I even put a wrench on them, so I know it's not cross-threaded. It's just stuck.
Not being able to remove the plug to verify spark, I used a jump lead and a timing light with an inductive pickup and the cylinder IS getting spark (at least, the timing light is flashing).
PTU, CAS, injector and coilpack connectors are all new and clean. No codes, either.

Confused and frustrated, I put everything back together and started it. It was running on 6 again, and it drove totally fine to work. No hiccups at all.

Over the next couple of days, it would generally be on 5 on cold startup and as soon as I put the engine under any load and/or it warmed up a bit, it would get back on 6 and be totally fine for the rest of the trip. When the cylinder comes back, it's very binary. It's either on or off, there's no in-between. It's firing just fine or not at all.

Today, on the way to work, it remained on 5 the entire trip. I arrived a little early, so I did a little more snooping around. Injector still ohms out perfectly, and it's still just not firing on cylinder 4.

I pulled the ECU harness an ohmed the injectors through the harness. Despite every injector ohming properly, when tested through the harness they all showed about 1000 ohms. Not just cylinder 4, mind you, all of them.

So, to recap:
-Injector ohms fine, clicks fine
-Coilpack is firing
-Spark plug has spontaneously glued itself to the head
-ECU is seeing 1000 ohms at every injector

I'm pretty stumped. Any ideas?
