Message to my house . In no time I was gettin busy . I was already sweating by the time I got her top off and " dammmnit " , she was hot ! We stood there face to face , both of us dripping from the heat for what seemed like an eternity . I had just closed my eyes to listen to her breath . . . . And thats when it all stopped ! Not a sound remained ! Even the distant scream of music had faded away . I knew it was coming but it still catches me off gaurd everytime that damn turbo timer shuts off :)
Now that I have your attention can we talk about way this lil hottie is getting so hot ? I know some may say " Hey this belongs in the tech section " . So to be fair to the forum I will include some things Iv learned from members on here over the past few weeks that I feel should become general knowledge to some before they go down the same road I did . Hope that counts :)
The first thing I learned is why so should not run a low temp thermostat .

And second if your planning on getting JWT cams , you might want to keep this post in mind :

After checking my timing , pulling it all apart and finding nothing wrong , this is where my CAS sits to achieve 15 btdc . I'm running jwt 400+ cams .

Now to my issues .

My profile is up to date :

I have 700 miles on IPP stage 4 engine , built auto tranny , 4000 stall PI convertor and the rest is in my profile.
I installed my autometer temp gauge sensor into my upper rad hose recently and my temps are higher then i would like . Im still breaking in the engine so Id like to get this heat thing under control . I would also appreciate some thoughts on a few other things .

recently installed new :
Clutch fan
radiator silicone hoses with hard line
temp sensor adaptor
changed t-stat back to oem

After a cruise on a 78 degree evening with easy driving ( no boost ) .

These are my readings sitting in the garage after the cruise idleing at 750 rpms .

Oil pressure

AFR via two widebands in the test pipes and one of my boost gauges in the middle .
My AFR gauges run within a few 10th's of each other.
:At idle its 13/13.5
:During cruising , 55pmh @ 2500 rpms it's 14.7/15.2
:On an agressive increase from 20mph to 55mph while staying out of boost it's 10.8 / 11.3

my other autometer boost gauge . I run two close together off the balance tube and they both run low , 17 vacuum on one and 18 vacuum on the other at idle. I have plugged every port on the plenum and it does not increase the vacuum . im thinking it might be my 58mm TB butterflies not sealing properly . I have done a boost leak ( good to 20 lbs ) , any other thoughts ?

Back to my high temps . I just changed my t-stat from a nismo 62c back to OEM . Took the car out on a cool 78 degree evening and after about 2 minutes it was up to 203- 205 . I turned the a/c on and it was running 213 to 217 . I cut the a/c off and it went down to 207 .
I am using a FMIC that im changing in a month to massives . And im running a front tranny cooler , B&M ( with a fan ) and an oil cooler mounted under the nose panel . Alot of heat sources I know but I was running without the nose panel or belly pan so I had lots of air flow . I know moving or removing these heat sourses could only help but im thinking there's more to it . Thought's ?

Any thoughts on any of this is appreciated , I need a tuner in south Texas but I only have 700 miles on this build . Can it be tuned with out boosting ?
