Message It's normal for the fuel pressure to go down to 0 overnight, but if you pinched the return line and feed line the pressure should hold indefinitely. I can't see it going all the way down to zero just because the gas cooled off. On a hot engine I've pinched the return and feed line and the pressure held for hours. I took it off because the pressure wasn't going down.
