Code 55, but still only running 6psi, suggestions? |

I bought this 91 TT about 2 months ago, ran 15psi for the first day, but on the second I went for a drive, it wouldn't pass 6psi and it's been stuck ever since. Checked the codes and it read code 35, knock sensor. I read on a few forums that you can wire a 1mega ohm resistor in place of your det. sensor, which is what I did today. I checked the codes, it showed code 55, I was ecstatic, I took her for a drive and nope! Still 6psi... So it could be the safety boost solenoid. What and where is this solenoid? And how would I go about diagnosing it?
