Avoid AMS, they are just selling the same parts you can find on Ebay (if you want to go really cheap just get the ebay parts...) with their logo slapped on. Avoid AMS is general. The frame doesn't sag but your springs will and this will cause camber to go out of spec. The best route may be to get new Eibach springs, a 300 degree camber correction kit, and adjustable tension rods. This will allow you to keep your alignment in spec and the Eibach springs give a small drop that is probably equal to your sagging old springs.
