Subject	Blinking security light when cranking, no start

Message	I installed an AVC-R over the weekend and swapped over to a socketed ECU with a Stage 3 EPROM. When I tried to start the car it wouldn't fire and the security light would blink while cranking. It sounded like the fuel pump remained on even after removing the key. It didn't stop until I disconnected the battery. I swapped back to the original stock ECU and it fired right up. The label on the ECU that doesn't work reads: A18-B07 MF3 2805 Any ideas are welcome.
