Just got my z back together and its misfiring. It has new injectors, spark plugs, harness, O2 sensors, and many other new items, boost leak test shows everything is sealed (check profile). I tried to set timing and the CAS was turned all the way to one side to get the timing close to 15 degrees (timing checked on with a spark plug wire between the #1 coil pack and spark plug for accuracy). I took a look at the timing belt and there were 58 cogs from the crank pulley to the drivers exhaust cam. So I adjusted it to 59 cogs like its supposed to be. All other cog counts were good. The engine didnt misfire before the adjustment and not that its set correctly it misfires. Pre timing belt adjustment I had 155psi in all cylinders and now I have 125psi in all cylinders (both warm readings) and the cas is all most maxed out the other direction. I made sure the tensioner was set to 4mm and its still set to 4mm after driving it for a few days. I havent gotten into boost in fear of messing something up. Ive tried another cas and ptu and nothing changed, also disconnected each coil pack while running and each changed how the engine ran. Im gonna check the timing belt again, but still mot sure what else to look at. I get code 55 when doing the ECU diag. Any help would be nice.
