Thanks for the help. Looks like I need to put in some time which I don't have right now. Just one quick question. So if I adjust the tps at .45V the idle is at 1500rpm or so. I don't think i have a vacuum leak because when I replaced injectors I retightened all hoses and used new seals including plenum seals. I know how vacuum leak feels like because I had fluctuating idle but it went away after new injectors/seals. The IACV was cleaned 10K miles ago. Will having bad timing cause high idle like mine does?
