| Hey Guys, I have been scratching my head a little trying to figure this out and after reading a large number of posts I cant put my finger on a solution. I had an EBC installed a few years ago and while doing a boost leak test I found it was hooked up incorrectly but strangely enough worked the same hooked up wrong as it did correctly. I went off the write up here to a T as the hoses we not hooked up correctly etc... All is hooked up correct now according to the write up on this site, oh and I am running the Greddy Profec-b spec II. Here is the issue, I have to absolutely max out the EBC to achieve 14-15 psi on an aftermarket boost gauge. I really have no intention to go over that on stock turbos but am confused and worried as to why I have to set it up this way to get to that boost level. Are my turbos just that worn out(1990 w/95k miles) or am I missing something stupid here. I have looked at so many posts in regards to this but still cant find anything that answers my exact question.
