Subject	5psi boost

Message	SO, just finished an install of a engine, stock turbos injectors computer running a manual boost controller. Only getting 5psi of boost unless I blip the throtle 3 times then I see 10-12 psi. This is quite puzzling to me so any ideas will be nice. Note, this is not the same z listed in my profile
