Subject	Suspension Rattling when doing hard turns at high speed?

Message	Something sounds like its rattling (metal to metal, like a tin can) when I'm doing hard turns at high speed, it sounds like it's either coming from under my car or from my wheel wells... My TT Z is lowered with adjustable coilovers and is set to very stiff right now almost no bounce. Could it be something with the sway bar or suspension? I've never heard this sound before.
