I posted this on the general side but would like to know what people results have been of using these copper head gaskets? As I stated in a previous post I was going to be going with Eagle Rod with Wiesco Piston in the rebuild of the TT. All bearing will be replace with a water passage bore. Normal thing that are done during a engine rebuild like freeze plugs and all the other normal things (ie timing belt, timing tensioner, water pump, turbos, and etc.) I will not be doing anything to the heads at this point which I still have to finish planning out! I have been contemplating porting and polishing heads and other engine part but I have only had done porting on my previous N/A. It turned out well with no problems down the road but haven't had any experience on the VG30DETT port and polish. Trying to get a spare block from the local guy but will see how that goes.
