I just replaced a "thought to be bad" crank pulley, because the water pump pulley was rubbing against the A/C compressor belt (squeaking). After the car warmed up for a few minutes, the squeaking stops. Now after replacing the crank pulley, i still have the same problem, the water pump pulley rubs against the compressor belt. So I'm back to my original question. Is there some type of pulley or belt(s) alignment that could fix this. It seems like the crank pulley needs to move outwards a little; towards the radiator, to keep the belt from rubbing. Any suggestions?
