Subject	noise from the hood on startup and sometimes on 1st gear

Message	95' TT. it happened quite recently, when i start the car, it gave me this chirping noise from engine bay then disappear a few seconds later. it happens both cold and warm start (although warm start will be less and shorter noise) occasionally the same noise when I was driving on 1st gear too. timing belt service was done about 10,000 miles ago. so could that be something else?
