Message By this, I meant the lack of the PRVR could be causing the regulator to not provide enough fuel pressure for start up. Highly unlikely, but something to consider if you've exhaust all other possibilities. If you're not getting any fuel, it might be time to check fuel pressure and the regulator itself.
