| Well I had a problem with these things. The silly throttle stop screw rattled itself out and my idle gradually made its way up to 4000rpm. Was fun to drive...in an auto... Anyhow, I just kept adjusting the height of the stop until it idled properly. It's very very very fussy, as I'm sure you're aware. So a very small change can make a big idle change. I didn't use any special specifications. I just kept pissing with them until I was happy. And when I was happy, I removed the passenger side stop all together. (Go figure) and just used the driver side stop as it seemed to be the one doing the work anyhow. I know this isn't right, but it's working fine so I'm content to not piss with it any further. When I was done, I wrapped tape around the stop so it doesn't back out again. In any case, if you get a proper answer, and a proper procedure, etc, I'd be interested. I think maybe phoning up Z1 and asking might be the best bet. I wonder if they sell the set screws...or what the thread size is so one day I can go get another one and set it all properly. Good luck.
