| respective pulleys. It sounds like a belt is one 'rib' off center. AFAIK no belt should be near the edge of another drive system's pulley. Not even close. Squeaking is almost always caused by either a worn belt (unlikely if you just replaced w/60k work), or a belt with too little tension. Lack of tension allows the belt to slip until it heats up and grabs the pulley surface. You state you have 'good' deflection. Is this your opinion, or have you measured it? The FSM is very specific on where and how to set the belt tension for each belt.
