Message	belts that have been in contact with petroleum... petrol makes them hard and brittle and will lead to premature failure. I can't tell where the leak is comeing from just by the pics... I would say clean it off and double check all your work from the 120k... If the seal is damaged you should be able to tell with visual inspection... Also on the cam seals make sure you didn't role any lips when you put them in.
