My Z is having more issues. Recently I put some gas in my car and it started bucking during light to medium acceleration and was blow BLACK smoke. I turned it off and restarted it and it was gone. I assumed bad gas. Since the 1st time, it has happened 5-6 times at least. I will start the car and after it starts, I will rev the engine while it is in park to see if it is acting up. If/when it acts up, when I go to rev the engine, it bogs down and won't rev at all. I basically falls on its face. If I keep on the accel, it stays bogged and I will hear a fast flutter noise near the center of the dash. If I let off, it will go back to idle. Sometimes idles ok, other slightly rough. I will have to shut off the car and restart it a few times before it acts normal again. There is no check engine light and passes the code test (55). I did notice that last time it acted up, while it was running I checked the PCM. The engine light stayed lit for one bank, and was off when I checked the other bank. So I am assuming one side is running rich when this acts up. Would an injector intermittently stick? Any other thoughts on how to diagnose the issue? Thank you.
