The previous owner replaced the fan clutch, fan, and thermostat right before I bought the car. Radiator has been replaced as well. It's definitely hot around here, but the fan clutch never seems to disengage, even at high RPM's, or highway speeds. The part on the work order was $237 for the fan clutch and the new fan was $109. It spins with slight resistance when cold...it's not locked up, but just never disengages. I've assumed that it's simply so hot right now 100 plus, that even high RPM's and highway speeds are not enough to reduce the clutch mechanism. 96 TT
