Message	K value is directly changing the amount of fuel the injector puts out. Maf is only measuring the amount of air the engine is drawing in. The only thing that would change the MAF voltage to the ECU is cutting the MAF signal wire and changing the signal to the ECU with piggyback controller like a AFC.
