Message	ok. my car is making the annoying loud howling sound that the Fan clutch makes when it is locked on. the first time this happened when i originaly bought my car i just replaced the fan clutch and it was perfect. now i have replaced it twice with OEM replacements and nothing. its still on constantly. any quick and cheap fixes?
