Yes we all know that its gonna go boom, but when u got z's laying around begging to be drivin like I do, you tend to have no hard feeling pushing the limits on one car as there are many to fall back on. The boost was turned up temporarily just to see where the limits were and to make a 1/4 mile pass for shits and giggles. I couldnt give 2 shits if this thing blows up into a million pieces, as it is not a very nice z to begin with and has always been my "test dummy". And for anyone who was wondering there was NO det or ping of anysort while boosting 18psi. Ya im sure my motor and poor lil baby turbos hate me for it, but its all fun and games folks. If it blows, rebuild time. Act like we all dont rebuild these cars daily or something?
