1. Not enough airflow, though it sounds like your fan is working properly and I'm assuming you've cleaned out the condenser and radiator fins~ 2. Suction throttle valve sticking. R12 Zs with auto climate control had a STV that liked to go bad, but from what I've heard, when this happens you won't get cold air out of the evaporator. Anything's possible, I suppose. 3. I noticed you said you installed a receiver/drier from a 95... thing is, you should never install a used receiver/drier as they -hate- moisture and other contaminates. I don't fully understand what happens to it, but the FSM makes it pretty clear that if the system is ever exposed to the atmosphere (even through leakage), the receiver/drier should be replaced with a brand new unit. The new ones even come with air-tight caps to keep it sealed until the moment it's installed.
